Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn garments in their original packaging, ensuring all PrincessAce tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
